He moved to Dubai in 2019, dreaming of bringing his children here so they can enjoy better education and more exciting opportunities. He's passionate about growing his career as an investor in various sectors, especially real estate. Inspired by the entrepreneurial spirit of Mr. Arvind and Mr. Prashant, he founded Heaven Crest Vacation Homes Vacation Home Rental LLC in August 2023.
Arvind worked at Jumeirah Hotel from 2011 to 2019 and at Air DXB from 2020 to 2021. Later, he servedas Property Manager at Sojo from 2021 to 2024, overseeing approximately 350 apartments. He was the visionary behind Heaven Crest Vacation Homes and played a key role in inspiring Mr. Nasir Uddin to start the company. He also helped bring in Mr. Prashant and Mr. Arif to boost the company’s presence in Dubai’s holiday homes market. After successfully sharing his responsibilities, he joined Heaven Crest Vacation Homes as a co-owner in January 2025.
Starting his career in the IT industry in Singapore, Abu Hanif embraced a service-and-innovationmotto from 2005 to 2018. With a big passion for growth, he's now excited to transition from the service sector into hospitality. He became a co-owner of Heaven Crest Vacation Homes in June 2024 and is fullycommitted to this new and exciting chapter.
Prashant has been a hotelier in Dubai since 2005, holding various roles at prestigious hotels like Madinat Jumeirah, Jumeirah Hotels, Raffles Hotel, Taj Hotel, and IHG Hotels. Driven by a vision to grow within the hospitality industry, he has also worked to expand his own business. In October 2023, he joined Heaven Crest Vacation Homes as a consultant, and in June 2024, he became an even more integral part of the team as a co-owner, now developing the business.
